SF-612 is a high-performance new excipient single-componentemulsion polymerized by advanced technology. lt can be used directlyto stabilize concrete loose sand by binding sand particles togethercreating a more cohesive and compact surface. Fast curing, highpermeability, water resistance, easy application. Effectively solve theproblem of sand or powder falling from walls and floors.

APPLICATION SCOPE

Used for cement mortar layer or putty layer with low strength leading topowder removal.

Used for substrate sealing and reinforcement before waterproofingcoating.

Can be used as floor base or interface agent.

APPLICATIONINSTRUCTION

1.Polish the substrate surface away from debris, oil stains, loose partsand efflorescent parts.

2.Ensure that the substrate is dry and has enough space for penetrationand sand fixation.

3.Directly spray or roll the Sand Fixing Agent onto the substrate surface

4.Do not miss any area, ensure the penetration is more than 3 mmdeeply.

5. Make sure it's completely dry before the next step.

COVERAGE CONSUMPTION

It covers 8-10 mi /kg per coat (actual consumption depend on surface profile). For loose and high water absorption substrates

It is recommended to do twice (each coat must be dry before next coat).

CURING TIME: Approx.4 hours (Touch dry), 24 hours (Full cure), depending on actual conditions

STORAGE: Stored properly in undamaged and original sealed package in dry and cool temperature range +5 C to +35 C, protect from direct sunlight and frost.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months from the date of production
